Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they are meeting sales and customer service targets.
- Sales and Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
- Customer Experience: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that all merchandise is accurately stocked and displayed.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting expectations and to identify areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
