About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Artistic Floral Arranger to join our team at Cheese Boutique. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and glass objects that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and prepare materials for crafting techniques
  • Design and create intricate glass objects and floral arrangements
  • Select and arrange natural and artificial flowers and decorative accessories
  • Organize and manage day-to-day business operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sell products on a retail basis
  • Supervise and mentor apprentices or other artisans
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Organized and efficient
