About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Artistic Floral Arranger to join our team at Cheese Boutique. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and glass objects that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and prepare materials for crafting techniques, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Design and create intricate glass objects that showcase your artistic flair.
  • Select and arrange natural and artificial flowers, decorative accessories, and other materials to craft unique and visually appealing arrangements.
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, selling products on a retail basis and building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Supervise and mentor apprentices or other artisans, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
