About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Artistic Floral Arranger to join our team at Secret Garden. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for designing and creating stunning floral arrangements and bouquets that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create glass objects, metal jewelry, and ornamental pieces that showcase your artistic flair.
  • Develop and deliver craftmaking lessons to our customers, teaching them the art of floral arrangement and design.
  • Organize and manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless execution of our studio's goals.
  • Sell our products on a retail basis, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
  • Supervise and mentor apprentices or other artisans, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP education in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for design and creativity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
Work Environment

Our studio is a private, air-conditioned space with a noisy environment. You will be working in a creative and dynamic setting, surrounded by talented artists and artisans.
