About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Artistic Floral Arranger to join our team at Cheese Boutique. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements and glass objects that showcase your artistic flair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and Preparing Materials: Source and gather necessary working materials to demonstrate crafting techniques and create stunning floral arrangements.
  • Design and Creation: Design and create glass objects and bouquets, selecting natural and artificial flowers and decorative accessories to create unique and eye-catching arrangements.
  • Business Operations: Organize and manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell products on a retail basis, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise apprentices or other artisans, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language and Work Schedule: Fluency in English and ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
