We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health and Safety Manager to join our team at A J O U R N E Y I N T O E N C H A N T M E N T I N C.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures
  2. Assign Projects to Subordinates and Staff
  3. Coordinate HR Department Activities
  4. Direct and Control Daily Operations
  5. Direct Staff
  6. Evaluate Daily Operations
  7. Motivate Staff
  8. Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures
  9. Plan and Organize Daily Operations
  10. Review HR Projects for Compliance
  11. Train Staff
  12. Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures
  13. Oversee Occupation Classification and Rating
  14. Plan Recruitment Strategies
  15. Manage Training and Development
  16. Advise Senior Management
  17. Respond to Employee Questions and Complaints
  18. Liaise with Management and HR Consultants
  19. Organize Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures
  20. Conduct Performance Reviews
  21. Evaluate Work Environments and Programs
Supervision and Specialization

The successful candidate will supervise staff in various areas of responsibility and possess specialized environmental skills and knowledge.
