We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team at Oakridge Landscape Contractors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate all phases of residential construction projects, including site preparation, construction, and completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Manage and supervise construction teams, including hiring and training of sub-trades and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, labor, and material overruns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Construction Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technician Certificate/Degree.
  • Previous experience in residential construction project management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong computer skills in project management software, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract.
