**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Skycad Dental Technology Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
* Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

**Requirements**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Work Environment**

* Permanent position
* 30 to 40 hours per week
* Work language: English
