About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at Moxies Classic Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
