Business Operations Coordinator

At Sunrise Freight Systems Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting minutes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including reports, documents, and filing systems.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
• Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a transportation or logistics company.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Working Conditions:
• Fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
• Occasional travel may be required for meetings and training sessions.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
