Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at HANJRA HAULERS INC.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Administer policies related to records release and coordinate requests under government legislation.
  • Manage data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for optimal results.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required; experience is an asset.
  • Candidates must be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English is necessary, as this role requires strong communication skills.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
