About the Role

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting impact and risk assessments, as well as providing strategic advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough impact and risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for our clients
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
  • Provide expert advice on cost benefit analysis and business case development
  • Communicate complex information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and change management initiatives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role in a large and complex organization
  • Proven track record of conducting impact and risk assessments and developing strategic plans
  • Expertise in cost benefit analysis and business case development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a leadership and/or facilitation role
  • Experience in a digital transformation initiative or digital delivery program
  • Experience leading an organization through a large-scale technology change
  • Experience with change management and information management concepts
