Senior Business Consultant

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting impact and risk assessments, analyzing costs and benefits, and developing business cases for various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform business decisions
  • Develop business cases for strategic, business improvement, and information technology initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role in a large and complex organization
  • Proven track record of conducting impact and risk assessments, analyzing costs and benefits, and developing business cases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with systems development methodologies and life cycles for application development
  • Canadian citizenship and ability to work within Canada at all times

Nice to Have:

  • Experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization
  • Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles
  • Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role
  • Experience in the design, development, and implementation of a digital transformation initiative or digital delivery program
