User Support Technician

At SOFT-TOUCH TECHNOLOGIES INC., we are seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
