Job Overview

KFC and Taco Bell is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who can lead by example and provide guidance to our restaurant staff. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant operations, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded through effective inventory management and promotions.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Cost Control: Manage labor costs, inventory levels, and supplies to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets KFC and Taco Bell's high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Language: English.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career development.
