Restaurant Operations Manager

At Manchu Wok, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment, restaurant.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding work.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, customers, and management.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
