  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure our team is meeting our high standards.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the products we need to serve our customers.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to create a safe working environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure our customers have a positive experience.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to ensure our restaurant is running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Dental plan, health care plan, and other benefits.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
