Job Summary:4Sight Search Solutions Inc. is recruiting a dedicated and talented Receptionist for a local accounting firm in Milton, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating positive first impressions for clients, vendors, and visitors, as well as assisting with the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:- Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Update customer files and databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, mail, photocopying, and filing.
- Coordinate with couriers for domestic and international shipments as required.
- Maintain the overall appearance of the office with basic ongoing maintenance.
- Additional tasks as required.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative type role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, or by email.
- Proactive and able to take initiative, with a strong ability to see the big picture.
- High level of attention to detail combined with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Above average data entry and computer skills.
- Professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
- Able to work in the office 5 days a week throughout the year.
- Reliability and dependability are a must.
- Able to work well under pressure.
