Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Support Technician to join our team at Skycruise Tech. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have a seamless and efficient experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and services effectively.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
