Job Title: User Support Technician

Skycruise Tech is seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and services effectively.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions to improve our technical support processes.
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and internet services to users.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Initiative and ability to make sound judgments.
  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a technical support role.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Ability to provide support for persons with disabilities, youths, Veterans, and Indigenous people.
