Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alberta Inc. as an Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including planning and controlling budgets, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage contracts
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week
