Job Title: Cable Television Service Installation Technician

At GOLDEN SECURITY & HOME AUTOMATION LTD, we are seeking a skilled Cable Television Service Installation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable television systems, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
  • Troubleshooting: Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble, and repair or replace defective equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent oral and written communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Teamwork: Instruct apprentices and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Leadership, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and initiative.
