About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cable Television Service Installation Specialist to join our team at GOLDEN SECURITY & HOME AUTOMATION LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable television systems, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and repair or replace defective telephone equipment, cables, power suppliers, and amplifiers to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Complete and maintain test and service reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
