Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cable Television Service Installation Technician to join our team at GOLDEN SECURITY & HOME AUTOMATION LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable television systems, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, arrange, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware
  • Repair or replace defective telephone equipment and faulty cables, power suppliers, and amplifiers
  • Inspect operation of telecommunications equipment and determine nature, cause, and location of trouble
  • Complete and maintain test and service reports
  • Connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets
  • Install cable modems and software to enable Internet access
  • Maintain and repair aerial and underground transmission systems
  • Instruct apprentices and provide physical accessibility accommodations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing situations
Work Environment

As a Cable Television Service Installation Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
