Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of food and supplies.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
