Job Title: Supervisor, Food Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at PiP Food & Drink Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Food Services will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and preparing budget and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
