Job Title: Senior Administrative Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Manager to join our team at The Aesthetics College of Canada Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative services, ensuring seamless delivery of support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior administrative role.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets, staff, and administrative services.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
