Job Summary:

As an Administrative Services Manager at Ontario INC, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the organization. This includes managing budgets, supervising staff, and providing administrative support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Supervise a team of more than 20 people
  • Provide administrative support to senior management
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Urban area
  • Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
  • $4,000,001 - $8,000,000 budgetary responsibility
  • MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Public transportation available
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large caseload, large workload
  • Accurate, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics
