Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our acute care setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to patients, promoting a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to meet patients' physical, social, and psychological needs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Respond to incidents and report as required
Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • Current basic cardiac life support certification
