About The Role:

We are expanding our live events into Canada and seeking a Junior Sales & Marketing Specialist to contribute to demand generation and outreach efforts. This individual will play a vital role in expanding our network of Canadian sponsors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRMs, demand generation, email marketing, and knowledge of Canadian best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads using effective sales methodologies
  • Assist in the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns
  • Nurture leads and increase conversion rates
  • Identify new business development opportunities
  • Provide support to the senior Sales team
  • Adhere to Canadian best practices for email marketing
  • Contribute to the creation of sales tactics and marketing materials
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Excel
  • Promote the company's mission and values

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience post-graduation
