About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Production Designer to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a Junior Production Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing a wide range of assets that include retail, on-premise, corporate communications, point of sale, out of home, digital, ecommerce, brand related and other sales materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop retail and on-premise point-of-sale materials, including displays, signage, promotional materials, out of home and packaging collateral.
  • Review and verify artwork files for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Stay up to date of changes in regulations and guidelines related to our brands and communicate updates to the team.
  • Stay updated on retail industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviors to inform and enhance design strategies.
  • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts or related field.
  • 3+ years of print and creative graphic design experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
  • Experience in alcohol/beverage or consumer packaged goods or are passionate about the business.
  • Proven ability to be organized, prioritize, and multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills which include collaboration and influencing others.
