Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Investment Advisors and their teams to understand their investment needs and preferences.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to promote Franklin Templeton's investment products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
