IT Business Solutions Specialist

Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business System Analyst - PeopleSoft to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing business solutions using PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and implement business solutions using PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM modules
- Develop and maintain business process models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a relevant IT area (development, QA, PM, Architecture) or 8+ years in general Information Systems
- Over 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM modules
- Experience working with a payroll processing organization
- University degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience in product test planning and execution, requirements analysis, requirements management/documentation, use cases, UML / object modeling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle HCM Fusion
- OpenShift/DevOps
- Cloud
- Project Management
