Job Title: Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at TechPOS. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confer with clients to identify technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
- Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
- Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
- Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of experience in information systems business solutions.
- Strong understanding of information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Ability to assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
