About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at CJP Outreach. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide expert advice and guidance on people-related matters, including attendance monitoring, capability/disciplinary matters, and staff contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the leaver process and exit interviews
  • Support the recruitment manager in delivering a consistent, high-quality recruitment environment
  • Collaborate with the communications and marketing function to enhance employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with employment and legislative requirements, including equality and diversity and health and safety regulations
  • Lead on employee satisfaction and areas for improvement through the annual staff survey
Requirements

We are looking for a CIPD-qualified professional with extensive experience in managing an HR function. You should be able to offer clear and concise generalist ER advice and have excellent communication skills.
