Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with vendors to set and execute sales goals, driving volume growth of our hardware and subscription offerings.
  • Manage leads from referral partners, tradeshows, and online referrals through the sales cycle.
  • Be the primary contact for sales programming offered by Crop Intelligence.
  • Train and engage vendors, customers, and collaborators on our insights to help end customers capture their full Water Driven Yield Potential.
  • Provide feedback on new insights and hardware products to meet customer needs.
  • Support product development in the field to ensure high-quality data collection and accurate insights.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of business as a team sport and a passion for agronomy.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with decision-makers on farms or at farm retailers/dealers.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and increase experience for vendors and customers.
  • Strong drive to succeed in a flexible schedule, with 80% of time spent traveling to meet with customers, vendors, and collaborators.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities throughout the day.
