Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Carl's Jr. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we always have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
