Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Consultant to join our team at Aon. As a Claims Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing corporate clients' claims from start to finish, advocating for their interests and interpreting insurance policies with precision.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate for clients' interests in claims negotiations
- Interpret insurance policies and provide guidance on claims preparation and submission
- Analyze claims and coverage issues to guide the claims process
- Research legal decisions and judgments on insurance contracts and claims
- Lead claims settlement meetings with clients and insurers
- Develop and maintain quality control standards
- Provide guidance and support to the Claims Management Team
- Maintain accurate time management records
- 3-5 years of claims handling experience in the property/casualty sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Post-secondary education or relevant experience
- Eligibility for a General Insurance License
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
