The role of a Pharmaceutical Sales Professional at Bausch & Lomb requires an individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A motivated self-starter, you will be responsible for managing your territory like it is your own business, demonstrating the ability to formulate short and long-term customer plans to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales growth in your assigned territory by leveraging clinical, business, and social needs of customers to position our products as a solution to their established or identified needs.
  • Territory Management: Manage your territory effectively to achieve the right call frequency on key physicians, optimize access to decision makers, and use selling time efficiently.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gain their trust and respect, and report potential adverse event information, events of special interest, and medical device incidents promptly.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business or Sciences.
  • 5-7 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience, with gastrointestinal experience being a requirement.
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly and anticipate challenges.
  • Agility to learn and be coached.
  • Possess a sense of urgency and be a team player.
  • Strong computer literacy, public speaking, and organization skills.
  • Ability to discuss matters within a scientific context.
