Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at APF Steel Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, assigning duties and tasks as needed.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Financial Planning: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
