About the Role

Apollo Pizza is seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Train staff in food preparation and handling
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and supplies
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
