About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Love Canada Immigration Consultancy. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate and timely information regarding our services.
  • Service Delivery: Assist clients in navigating our services, including advertising and sales promotion strategies, and provide guidance on how to best utilize our offerings.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
