Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer transactions and handle cash handling duties
  • Assist with showroom maintenance and upkeep
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
