About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Bravo Cleaning Service as a Cleaning Service Representative. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Equipment Operation: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy space.
  • Sanitation and Disinfection: Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure our customers' belongings are safe and secure.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, and you will be required to work in various locations. As a Cleaning Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our company's standards and policies.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: Willing to train and learn the skills necessary to excel in this role.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
  • Work Language: English.
