About the Job:
Are you a motivated and organized individual looking to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced restaurant environment? We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons.
Responsibilities:
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure excellent customer service.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and improve processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced restaurant environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and repetitive tasks.
