About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition plans to support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Communications, to develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, including trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent pools.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and diversity and inclusion metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment technologies and trends, and make recommendations for implementation and integration into our recruitment processes.
Requirements
  • Typically between 5-7 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Appropriate HR designation, such as CHRP or SHRM-CP.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency in recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 to $126,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
