Job Description

**Business Analyst, Banking/Capital Markets – Regulatory Data Reporting**

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the Banking/Capital Markets sector. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's financial projects and assisting the Toronto Regulatory team with enhancement and coordination of information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of regulatory reporting solutions for financial institutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to data feeds and reporting
  • Design and implement data warehouse and data factory models to support regulatory reporting
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for data feeds and reporting solutions
  • Provide technical expertise to support the implementation of regulatory reporting solutions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with a focus on financial services and regulatory reporting
  • Advanced SQL and MS Excel skills, with experience in developing feeds for streaming data
  • Experience working in operations and data feed projects in the financial and regulatory reporting space
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse and data factory models, with experience in E2E implementation
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OneSumX and AXIOM reporting
  • Knowledge of sub-ledgers and capital markets
