Job Title: Business Analyst - Capital Markets Expert

Job Summary:
GTB is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our capital markets team. As a Business Analyst, you will provide support functions for equity derivatives, interest rate, and credit derivatives businesses. You will review and approve derivative confirmations, manage non-standard language, and draft and oversee complex structure derivative trades. You will also identify and manage exceptions and risks associated with post-trade functions, and drive efficiency, improve client service levels, and reduce risk through operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Business Lines: Provide support functions for equity derivatives, interest rate, and credit derivatives businesses.
  • Review and Approve Confirmations: Review and approve derivative confirmations and manage non-standard language.
  • Draft and Oversee Complex Trades: Draft and oversee complex structure derivative trades and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Exception and Risk Management: Identify and manage exceptions and risks associated with post-trade functions.
  • Process Improvement: Drive efficiency, improve client service levels, and reduce risk through operational improvements.

Requirements:
  • Capital Markets Experience: 1-2 years of experience in capital markets, with a focus on derivatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Testing Experience: 1-2 years of experience in user acceptance testing.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of derivative products, market currencies, confirmation documentation, processes, workflows, systems, and regulatory reporting.
