CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our client in the Banking Sector with ongoing support on a financial project and assisting the Toronto Regulatory team with enhancement and coordination of information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team on regulatory data reporting
  • Assist in the development of requirements for batch and streaming architecture feeds
  • Collaborate with the team to create documents with enrichment and transformation logic and process documentation
  • Support operations for an IT Finance/Reg Reporting Team
  • Investigate issues and provide potential solutions for implementation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT BA experience, including experience writing requirements and solutions for streaming data feeds for IT Finance/Regulatory Reporting
  • 3+ years' experience in Financial Services
  • Advanced SQL and MS Excel skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills, hands-on technical experience, and a can-do approach towards environment automation / management and continuous improvement for efficiency and cost effectiveness

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Capital Markets
  • OneSumX and AXIOM reporting experience
