We are seeking a proactive security professional to join our team in Eastern Canada. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the safety and security of client property and personnel.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a security guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of clients' premises and assets.

You will conduct regular patrols to uphold safety standards, respond efficiently to security incidents or emergencies, and enforce policies to maintain a secure and orderly environment. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety standards are upheld
  • Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents or emergencies
  • Enforce policies to maintain a secure and orderly environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Education in Law Enforcement, Police Foundations, Criminology, or equivalent

Ontario Security Guard License

Strong observational skills with the ability to detect and respond to security threats

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
